Quotas; ACFTA impact felt in June

Indonesian Food Agriculture Forum (FPPI) assess the impact of systemic co-Asean free trade of China (ACFTA) will be felt only 6 months later after the agreement is implemented.

Coordinator FPPI Benny A. Kusbini said that if the government does not act quickly, then the death knell for the industry, agriculture and unemployment and crime will occur will increase.

"The impact of systemic ACFTA will be felt 6 months later. No FTA only illegal cement from China have been signed," he told Bisnis yesterday.

He suggested that immediate reform of the behavior of officials, so as to provide excellent service. (Business / sep)
